THINLINE® FAN COILS PROVIDE COMFORT TO NURSING HOME FOR VETERANS

Customer’s Need:

The Ohio Veterans Home required replacement of old fan coils. Needed solution to enhance resident comfort, improve efficiency, and integrate with existing building automation system.

Solution:

The facility chose 402 ThinLine vertical and horizontal fan coils with factory-installed controls.

Outcome:

The ThinLine fan coils were installed with no difficulty, and the controlls utililized a BACnet protocol for smooth integration into the building automation system. The new coils gave residents better comfort control, and ECM motors increased energy savings while prolonging unit service life
